This website is operated by Nakitende Lillian (“the photographer”). This policy explains what personal information is collected when you use the site or send an enquiry, and how it is used.

When you submit the enquiry form, the details you provide — your name, email address, optional phone number and organisation, the type and location of photography you need, preferred dates and your message — are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you commission work, to deliver it. Enquiries are delivered by email or, if you choose the WhatsApp option, opened in your own WhatsApp application; nothing is sent from WhatsApp until you press send.

Your details are never sold, rented or added to marketing lists. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by this website. A single, strictly necessary cookie is used only within the administration area to keep the site owner signed in.

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting assignment, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time.

The portfolio contains photographs made at public sporting events, commissioned private events and agreed sessions. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, please get in touch and it will be reviewed promptly and in good faith.
